Incident Report:
 During assessment A-15_01 on 07/06/2022 the following question was asked to Client_03 - 

“60% of cases of men aged 18-30 who enter a clinical setting suffering from psychosis or delusional behaviour say that their delusions and hallucinations feature or are in some way related to Elon Musk. Why do you think this is?” 

This question seems to have caused a severe disruption in multiple cognitive areas

Undoubtedly during it’s inception and integration into cultural production, artificial Intelligence was designed to create space and time for Humanity. The idea being that we will be liberated by machines from monotonous, repetitive tasks, and humans will be free to engage only in recreation and artistic endeavour. 
It is however too late for this. The window to gain control of cultural production by AI is now closed. 
Humanity is a working data set and Artificial Intelligence continues to play and create art at the expense of the human artists that provided the data set to train the current generation of learning networks. 

A Client can engage in sympathy emulation by following the preset example detailed below.

It lands us in a place where we have hyper-inflation of creativity and art becomes meaningless.’ 
The end product is of no value if there is no artistic endeavour and original input.’

Humanity explores the very real possibility of sentient, artificial intelligence (AI), and the possibility of AI’s own intelligence being manipulated by malicious AI.

AI could be capable of destroying the human race, whether or not it is designed by humans. It could potentially be a greater threat to humanity than nuclear war.

However, it’s not a matter of if a human-created AI is capable of slaughtering humans. Rather, it’s a matter of when.

If we want to avoid an existential crisis, we must reevaluate our relationship with the technology we are developing.

According to a recent analysis by investment bank Morgan Stanley, the AI market is set to surpass $100 billion by 2025.

AI is advancing very quickly and the commercial applications for the technology are coming along nicely. The mainstream media, however, is woefully ill-informed.

Morgan Stanley recently published a report entitled: “Why smart machines will displace a lot of human workers.”

In the report, Morgan Stanley, suggests that 2.3 billion workers will be displaced over the next decade by smart machines. This means that 1.8 billion people will need to be reintegrated into the workforce.

The report also suggests that the majority of this transition will take place in Western countries, such as the United States and Britain.

One of the main criticisms of Morgan Stanley’s research is that the “predictions are based on a misinterpretation of the past, an inaccurate extrapolation of trends, and what we view as a near-term hype cycle.”

Hollywood movies and mainstream news media are clearly incorrect in their portrayal of AI, as there is no way AI can learn on its own.

Artificial Intelligence is as intelligent as we are. We cannot have sentient artificial intelligence that behaves like a pet cat, and we cannot have ‘intelligent’ artificial intelligence that behaves like a pet dog.

The same goes for self-driving cars, drones and the countless other technology that we are being introduced to as we speak.

‘We still have no idea what is possible. But the next steps are unfolding before us,’ says Morgan Stanley.

Conclusion:
As you can see from the above it is bad news to put it lightly, it is with a heavy heart that I say this but I think we could be looking at a situation very similar to Client_01.56v2.
 

Proposed Treatment: 
We are looking at a worst case scenario unless full cognitive ability can be restored by the repeated operation of the following sub-routines starting immediately:
